Mike,
It appears no one makes them, or they don't feel it's worth wasting space advertising the fact. This site has all sorts of stuff for the '87, but no sliders. http://www.titebike.com/sa/cart/app_products.htm?pg={E9DACDEB-13BB-4736-B56F-4F881C357B86}&m={04346613-B86A-46A0-A07E-0D2EE38862EA}&pc=1&c=0 This site brags about their selection. Maybe they can hook you up. Motorcycle Frame Sliders Good luck, and I hope you never need them.

Find a relatively-intact "Road Gator" (otherwise known as a de-laminated Band-aid-cap retread) alongside the Interstate. Take it home, saw it up into a shape roughly approximating your frame, then attach with Tek-screws (sometimes called "self-drilling/tapping screws) stolen from Work.
VOILA! No-Buck Frame Sliders.
