Welcome to MO Alice. Nice write up. The new bike sure does outshine the old one. 'Bout time Kawi stepped up and re-dressed the old girl. Wish Honda, Aprilia and Yamaha would bring their 250s over. Anyway, I enjoyed the article and hope you get many more chances at reviews during the year.

Nice bike. Now if I could just saw my legs off just below the knees and find a way to drop 100 lbs, I'd be in for one of these in a second. Anybody want to buy my old shoes?

Looks like a Fantastic little machine. I like "small" bikes, and this one gives the "big bike look" in a small package.
I concur with many others: Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki; - where are YOUR offerings? We know you're hidin 'em!

I think she likes it
The 1986 was the first bike I really fell in love with. Iv'e been a fan ever since. I have to decide if I want to trade my 650R in for one now. I would like to see a real wet weight and see if it's really that much heavier than the old one. |

Nicely done. Thrashing on a smaller bike is fun. I just got my kid a CR100F and I think I enjoy riding it as least as much as my daughter.
