The funny thing is that Kevin Duke wrote the article. His last website did a great job of balancing coverage of sportbikes, cruisers, and dirt bikes.

I don't get it. The site seems to me to cover the complete spectrum of motorcycles in a "Fair and Balanced" manner. There has been a dearth of articles on Shovelhead Harley Davidsons, but maybe it's my personal perspective that is skewing my impressions?

Thanks for pointing this out, Steve. And it should be noted that Pete, Fonz and myself are motorcycle ****s. We all think there's fun and merit to be had with every motorcycle genre, from dragging a knee to cruising boulevards and everything in between - even dirt. Expect MO to offer broad coverage of our beloved sport/hobby/life.

I'm a first time new rider- Which bike would be better as a starter. The Hayabusa or the ZX-1400 kawasaki? I don't want some punk-azzed sissy-boy 600 or limp-wrist 1000.

Nice article but why ruin it with a last quote from Bayly implying that a motorcycle like this is fun to use blasting by a loud cruiser with 67 horsepower just to show how fast you can go. Bayly-grow up. There are are all kinds of motorcycle owners and many own both sport bikes and cruisers. I place loud pipes and immature sport bike riders in the same annoying class.
