They sold the Nighthawk for about 1000 years. I'm sure you could get one in practically new condition.

If I could order one new 2008 Honda motorcycle, it would be the half-faired CB600F, great for every day commuting. But if it ever comes to the U.S., I'll probably already have bought something else. I really like the 2007 CBR600RR from a size, weight and ergonomics standpoint (but not from an insurance standpoint). Can't really blame Big Red for discontinuing (or not even offering) poor selling models. I love my experience with Honda reliability, so I'm not going to complain, since I have a Honda motorcycle (among others) ready and waiting in the garage whenever I'm home.

In the early 80's Honda laughed at V-Twins too. Now look what happened.

Yikes! It's uglier than a box of smashed a$$holes. Does anybody still design bikes over at Honda or is it all left to a 6 year old with a crayon?

I found one in CycleTrader, a 750, in FL for about $4k. Not bad, I guess.

While I was browsing I came across this mint condition RD350. Wow, is it nice, as original as it can be. Too bad it's going for almost $7k...but what a bike! I'm going to email the guy and see if he's interested in a trade. This was my very first bike.
