Traffic deaths in Florida are at a historic low.

The cops are stepping up enforcement, and in fact, becoming even more agressive in their efforts.

That the cops don't want drivers to "relax." Apparently we're supposed to live in a state of constant fear.

That since the helmet law was repealed motorcycle deaths have gone up, but apparently it has nothing to do with the record increase in the number of motorcycles.
