bike tours in spain

Im looking for some in put on what people want from bike tours. i presently run them for my friends and im thinking about doing it full time.

The way I do my tours is we all meet at the port then get accross to a central location. this will be where our accomodation is booked, we dump our kit then act like loons around the spanish mountians for a week. Good formula? any other idears? i tried moving from place to place but got very bored cause i couldn`t use the bike to its full potential.

can i have your oppinions please
