70% of the responses to my initial questions are completely off topic.

Kind of a waste of time really.

I think I'm going to get a tom tom rider. There is a new version coming out pretty much right-now in Europe. I'll report back once I have some useful feedback.

Do report back. I'm leaning toward the Zumo, partly because I'm more familiar with Garmin products and partly because it one-ups the TomTom, but the extra scratch over the TomTom is hard to overlook.

The darn thing seems to do (if you can get it initialized) everything else!
