Looks a lot like a KTM X-Bow with one of the back wheels cut off.

Didn't Corbin or somebody build something almost exactly like this back in the 90's? The "T-Rex" I think it was?

I believe you're thinking of this.

The company is still in business. Even have a V-Rod-powered three-wheeler, too!
