I am possibly going to get a second bike in the year range 2000 to 2010
And turn it into a bobber either Yamaha V-star 1100, Kawasaki Vulcan 900, honda 750, Or a Harley of some type If i can find one for cheap. If i have money in the summertime that is.

Well if you THE best bobber you'll need a Panhead or at least a flatside Shovelhead, otherwise any Sportster or Triumph twin will work. In fact a duel disc Speedmaster is already halfway there. I'd stay away from Japanese engines unless you want to look like a putz
