If the Honda's performance... slow with excellent mileage... is the wave of the future (and I fear it is) then it's time to just get a car.

I disagree. My favorite thing about riding is leaning, and you just can't do that in a car.

Not every bike can have the ultimate components or specifications. Purpose and price point influence the offering.

I'll take the versys with the honda ergos. Just a tad bit too tight for me but would make a great run about.

A bar-riser kit and some peg-lowering brackets ought to take care of that.
