I'm old and narrow minded, but the Guzzi would float my boat! Interesting, it's the only touring bike or cruiser in the top 10. I'm not counting the GS; even though it got a pic at a Calif. zoo, with giraffes, it still, looks bag-less to me....
No airbrushing, just excellent clearance for a cruiser.

Where's the new KTM Duke 690? 70 hp, 350 lbs. wet, brembo, WP, Marchesini's, ABS, 50+ mpg, $9k. Rules the twisty roads. The new "Super Duke" isn't even in production and they include it?!

Come to think of it motorcycle.com has never tested a 690 Duke at all. WTF?

The Duke 690 nearly made our list, bu it got knocked out in the final rounds of voting in favor of the outrageous 1290. The idea of the article was bikes we can't wait to ride in 2013, and we expect to be able to ride the 1290 this year.

As for not testing KTMs enough, you're preaching to the choir. KTM USA has focused most of its efforts on the dirt market, so it's been difficult to get the same support from them as we do the other OEMs. But we expect we'll be able to test the upcoming 690 Duke soon after it's available here. Stay tuned!
