The Racer is cool enough out of the box, but if you add one of these fairings:

FYI the 2012 V7 bikes in the US do NOT have the new motors that the 2012 bikes have in Europland.

Yes indeed, Huss. The Norge 8V is my favorite Guzzi. They are as you say, all fantastic bikes.
