If they could sell those for $1,650 here, they would sell a lot of them. Interesting - KTM almost 50% owned by an Indian concern. Gotta love globalism eh?
Wondering what the point of 3 sparkplugs is in a 200cc single though. |
Duken is correct, they could sell a ton of these for under $2K here in the States. I'm shocked a Brembo owned company makes a drum brake though!

Seriously, does anybody know how to pronounce: "Bajaj?" Is it: badge-adge? Bage-age? Bwahahahaha? |

Thanks Mr. Duke. I think I'll ask one of our Indian programmers to say it too. We've got them piled like cordwood around here; might as well get some use out of them. |
Crap, now I want some lamb biryani and a garlic naan for lunch....
Sounds like a pretty neat bike and it reminds me again how out of touch HD is trying to sell $30k land yachts over there. These things sell like cold beer at a Thai curry eating contest because they're cheap reliable and home grown, and with the Indian motorcycling and auto press fawning all over them they can't go wrong. Good for them. |
Mr. Duke got the name pronunciation right. They manage to get at least one extra syllable in it..."Bah-jaghe" it is!
