I really like the XR1200. It is the one HD that is on my want list. A an even more sportified version would be great. Make my imaginary sportier XR powered by the same S&S "132" engine as this bike, with it's 108 hp and whompin' 143 ft. lbs of torque (according to the S&S site). That would be a primal low down yankin' neck snapper of a bike like this one, but without the Weird Alice look.
Really like the S&S X-Wedge design by the way. The pistons are modern, looking like they came from a Ducati. It is a very well thought out engine all the way around. Of course if you are Jay Leno, you could just have S&S build you one! Jay Leno Gets New Motorcycle - YouTube I know Confederate is a niche brand, but they are just a little too far out. A more "normal" bike like the one Jay had built would be cool. Last edited by Duken4evr : 02-04-2012 at 07:31 AM. |
