Default Engine configuration list. List yours!

The topic of engine sounds got me thinking about how many different types of engines I've owned. Here are the list rules: It has to be transportation related so leave chainsaws and generators out of it. Only list each kind once. I've had 4 V8s for example but just list one.

Cars:
Two chamber Wankel Rotary
Inline 4 cylinder
Inline 4 cylinder turbocharged
Inline 6
Inline 6 turbocharged
V8

Bikes:
Aircooled Single 4 stroke
Aircooled Single 2 stroke
Aircooled Parallel Twin 2 Stroke
Aircooled 45 degree V Twin 4 Stroke
Aircooled 90 degree L Twin 4 Stroke (Desmo valves)
Liquid Cooled 90 degree L Twin 4 Stroke (Desmo valves)
Liquid cooled Inline 4
Liquid cooled Inline 6

Boat:

V4 Ocean cooled 2 stroke

I'm very diverse!

8 I-4s, both cars and bikes
3 V-twins of varied configurations
2 I-2 bikes
2 I-3 outboards
2 V-6s, one motor vehicle, one outboard
Several small 1-cylinder utility items ie: mowers, weed eaters

The Yamaha I-3 outboard was a game changer that crushed OMC and Mercury. The Yamaha put out 90 hp at the prop, where the domestic motors were V-4s that weighed almost twice as much and had (maybe) 100 hp at the power head. Not to mention they NEVER broke down, where the last OMC I owned spent more time broken down or in the shop than on the water...literally.

Well, lessee....

By fuel, cycle, order of ownership (first instance, if more than one), induction methodology, displacement-class, other "sound-changing" pertinent info, then vehicle-type abbreviation.

(Gasoline)

(2-stroke)
Single, reed-valve, under 100cc (MC)
Parallel-twin, rotary-valve, under 1L (MC)

(Other)
Twin-rotor, carbureted N/A (TR)

(4-stroke)
Single, SOHC 2V, under 100cc (MC)
V-8, pushrod-actuated 16V, under 6L (~366cid) (C)
V-8, pushrod-actuated 16V, over 6L (~366cid) (C)
Parallel Twin, SOHC 8V, under 500cc, air-cooled (MC)
Inline-6, pushrod-actuated 12V, under 4L (TR)
Inline-4, SOHC 8V, Turbocharged (C)
Inline-4, DOHC 16V, Turbocharged (C)
V-Twin, under 1L, SOHC 6V (MC)
Parallel Twin, DOHC 8V, under 500cc, water-cooled (MC)
Inline-4, DOHC 16V, N/A (C)
V-8, SOHC 24V, under 5L (C)

(Diesel)
(4-stroke)
Inline-6, pushrod-actuated 12V, under 6L, N/A (TR)

Every one of these I've owned has had separate, distinctive exhaust notes. Not all were pleasing, some were downright loud as F*** (the Daytona's Turbo after porting screamed both on and off Boost like a Woman being attacked), some I wish I had back, some I'm glad I haven't gotten-rid of.
