Open toe shoes & a dress, but it was an electric bike, and she had a helmet. A parent would have a tough time defending all that in our courts. I thought it was funny as hell though.

Well they were Canadians, they probably eat garlic and onions on everything and those little fish in the cans.....

Just to set the record straight for my fellow Canucks, the kid is only wearing a Canada shirt. These two kids are Ruby and Roan, children of Ventura, California's Dave England, who some might recognize as one of the guys from Jackass, which explains quite a bit.
