But for this thread, there was an earlier 885cc triple that was available in a 'normal' version and the one Kirk mentioned, the Thunderbird Sport. Great bikes. The award-winner you are talking about is the new 'parallel twin' 1600cc version. Also available this year in the 'Storm,' which comes with the 1700cc kit. A good friend has a 1999 HD Dynaglide Sport, a 1998 Thunderbird Sport and a brand-new Storm (in Matte Black). The T-birds are really nice (but very different) bikes.
