Can't believe there are no comments yet. Are people that disinterested in the new Wing? Personally, after being a Winger for 13 years, the 2012 does not do anything for me with its looks, and actually makes me want to get a 2010 before they're all snatched up. Maybe that was the plan. Or I qait until 2014 (my guess) for the totally revised Wing --- which will probably cost $24,899 to $31,899, depending on model. Gosh - I could get a C14, a Super Tenere, and still have $$ left over.

Most of the comments that needed to be made about the new Wing were already made in the comments for the GTL 1600 test ride.

I'll get a chance to do a multi-day trip on the Wing next month, so I'll have a much better idea of how it and the GTL stack up then. But, for certain, the Wing's passenger seat is better.

The Wing article was sammiched in between the BMW 6-Shooter and the new Ducati story, so it didn't get much exposure. We aren't smart enough to keep up with the rapid pace.
So, is it still huge? Ok, thanks.

KD,
I've heard from more than one rider that 'Wings are treacherous in parking lots. So, given your (lack of) height, be careful!
