My FLHTPI came from the states and was purchased privately from HD so it was never commissioned. It had 7000 miles on it when I got it last year . I am the third owner. It is mint and has never been wet. My brother's is an '08 from the Ontario Provincial Police and was mainly used for highway patrol ( whereas Metro Toronto PD and other large city police departments use them within city limits mostly). It has about 20,000 miles on it. My nephew supplies auto parts to the police departments and talks to officers often. The bikes here are very well maintained and use only OEM parts.

Cool!

Like I said, the Patrol bikes are normally in good shape. The 'escort' bikes are the ones that are beat up.
