Where does Sachs Make its bikes?

Hi,
where does the German motorcycle company Sachs have its Madass bikes made?

I think its somewhere in China, but I cant find out which company has the contract to make them.

I'm looking at importing some Sachs Madass bikes for the youths of Ireland, there is really nothing for them to do but smoke car tires courtesy of Hollands soap bar and sit by the river drinking until they fall in.

There are a number of companies claiming to make the Madass, but with Chinas lacking copyright laws anybody with the tools could make them and we only want the genuine article for obvious reasons.

This is all I found on their website:

2006 Introduction and serial production of the MadAss 125
Asian investment group invests in SACHS
2007 Move to new facilities in Nuremberg / Katzwang
Presentation of the ATV 4rock 450 and 4rock 650 as well as the 400 cc-engine scooter Quattrocento
