If it were me I would try and get a kingpin or better yet a hammer front fork. This conversion is known as a "king vegas". It would change the conventional fork to a inverted marzzochi cartridge fork and depending on kingpin or hammer source a single or dual front discs on an 18" rim. Also depending on year they could be brembo brakes.
The engine mods would be loyds 104 big bore with 11 to 1 compression, vm-1 cams, torque tube or S&S intake, powercommander, supertrapp or bassani 2 into 1 exhaust and msd coils. Power from top bottom to top. A corbin gunfighter seat, Hammmer S handlebars, Corbin beatle bags for some utility and Victory's add on tach. |

Ok, now im excited.
I have an 07 kingpin tour and plan on picking up a cross country within the next 6 months or so. With the wife able to ride on the back of the xc I will have the kingpin free to mess with, and thats one of the thoughts I had. Good luck with the project, I look forward to seeing it. |

kp1600 - the "kp" part of your screen-name is quite unfortunate in lieu of a particular ex-member (who shall not be named) of MO. However, if you hang around a bit, I'm sure we'll all get used to it soon-enough.

Yes you did, but that's good. There was a guy named KPaul who finally got banned after years of total insanity. He used a lot of different screennames to try to sneak back on after he got banned, most with some variant of "KP". He still tries to come back from time to time. You are obviously not him and not a rude arrogant psychopath so don't worry about it.
