Hey Mofos.
I just returned from a 400 mile round tripper to Joshua Tree National Park. We've had a lot of rain this year and it's still cool in the desert for this time of year. In a word-spectacular. The wild flowers are in full bloom more than I've ever seen it. The desert is a carpet of color. If you are a SoCal mofo, get to the desert while you still have time. That includes you Duke, Pete and Fonz. |

Joshua Tree is one of my favourite rides. The wife is in Australia till next week so I'm stuck till then taking care of the animals. She will owe me some private time for an extended ride when she gets back.Sounds like just what the Doctor ordered.

Great album! Oh, wait...
Seriously, it's nice to hear others' ride stories. Get the motorcycle blood flowing!

I'll post up some pics when I get around to it.
It's great to be on the floor of the desert with the surrounding mountains covered in snow. |

I've always heard of riding in the desert, never had the chance living on the east side, I love my mountains, but would love a straight flat road that goes out of sight.

Wrong. All deserts are horribly boring. Tell them to stay away.
