I didn't bother. You don't own an electric vehicle because they suck, you already admitted it isn't zero emissions, so I guess the only reason to own one would be to make you feel better about yourself. Liberals need that badly, so I guess there will be a market for them after all!

Here's something for your enjoyment. Electric vehicles have been around since 1830's, so I'm not sure where the 'emerging technology' fits here.....unless it's been 'emerging' for the last 170 years or so.

Electrics are ok for local errand running. The biggest problem is the recharge time.

In the age of Obama, most people can't afford a second car that's useless half the day.

Although I hear, "anyone can buy a truck."

Okay. I should work on Wall St.

Higher demand in concert with the current climate of resistance to new power generation (thanx to the lefties) = higher electric prices. It's a simple principle. California did an excellent job of re-demonstrating that principle a few years back. It made the national news for months if you recall.

And of course the media sold it as "deregulation."

The gov't deregulated the wholesale price while capping the retail price.

No, but he CAN predict the seas will rise 10 feet and Iceland will be the new Miami Beach in the next 100 years.
