Wow. That is one sweet bike. It looks great, handles well and it has a motor from hell.
HD loyalists won't buy it, but I would. |

Yamaha and the other Japanese brands formerly competed on price in the cruiser realm. Now they are also competing on fit and finish and quality components, and that costs money. A poor exchange rate doesn't help, either.

I would like to see more fixed front faring tourers hit the market. Though I've never ridden one, I understand theyre alot more enjoyable on the road, and easier to manage at low speed with that weight off the bars.

Dynoed a tad under 90 rwhp is fairly decent. Not tops but ok.
You might be surprised to hear I wished Harley would develope this kind of a mill for their bikes. Instead of this current 95 ci 62 rwhp muppet-show briggs & stratton. But no. Apparently they've still got this posh Elton John listening management driving around in their BMWs reading M.B.A. school manuals how to screw every penny out of the business by investing as little as possible in product development. And one could argue that now, amongst recession and loss making, its not the most appropriate time to start investing in expensive engineering projects. But the question is why the big engine was not developed when the going was good? All those wannabe porn stars and gas station attendants showing class by sporting HD sunglasses. And now HD is 5 bn in debt. Where the hell has all that money gone? Not to engineering for sure. How much did it cost to come up with Worster's mind blowing rubber mountings? 450 dollars. I've single handedly funded that project with purchases of indicator lenses. - cruiz-euro |

2 years ago this bike would have been compared to the HD in an artical like this. Now, the bike it is compared to is the Victory Cross Dressers...
Does this put HD in 3rd place? Is HD the highest priced bike with the least going for it?

No, that would be Victory.
I guess you haven't checked out pricing lately. Best not to work on suppositions and guesses. Actually verifying real world data will keep you from looking like an idiot. No wait I take that back. The highest priced bike with the least going for it would be Indian. Followed by any custom chopper and then Victory. Sort of a parade of overpriced depreciation monsters.

Well, considering me and you are in 3rd place, I'd say we better snap to and get one of those Victorys so we can join the Victory Cross Dressers Club that Larry is the Prez of. You would look smashing in a short skirt and pumps my bud!

Indeed, my muscular buttocks flexing as I mount my ride.....the little squelching noise as my sweaty ass sticks to the seat... For Victory riders Commando is the ONLY way to go.........
