Buncha crazy outlaw risk takers, fightn & drinkn all about town with holes in the rear of their fancy little pants, who do they think they are? And they're too loud too, whats the point in all that? I think motorcycles are like guns, only the government should have em.

Some believe the CPSIA was a back door method of banning kid's bikes. In fact, one of the key senators invlolved in getting this amended has stated as much (he was from WV, and I don't remember if it was Byrd or Rockefeller).
It's going to take a lot of push to get this done.
