Has anyone over 6'3" tried the Aprilia RSV4 yet? All of the comparable bikes with the 32.2" seat height seem to be too small for folks over 6'3". I read the engineers of the Aprilia RSV4 used riders in the 5'8" range for testing purposes. Any comments/experiences appreciated.

Yoga will help you. Really, it's the state of riding right now. Litre bikes packaged in 600 deminsions. Either you conform or you don't. Just buy a ZX14 and be happy.

Try a few 150 mile training rides on the weekends too.
