The "will fit" aspect is hard to judge, as different riders have different tolerance levels. I'll again bring up my buddy, who is pushing 60, who sport-tours on his Gixxer 1000, often with his wife.

For an ultra-sport bike, the KTM and Buell 1125R offer the most open ergos. The riding positions are semi-relaxed (when the RC8's ergos are in their tamer positions) and the windshields are relatively high, but it would still be a stretch to call either of them a sport-tourer. The RC8R's engine is in a different league to the Rotax/Buell. So is its price.
