Let's say Harley made 2 versions of the Road King.
The standard version just as it is now for 2010 and another version with 20 more HP, 20% bigger saddlebags, a longer wheelbase, more comfortable seat and bars, and it costs $1000 less. The 2 bikes look identical.

How many would say: "The standard version has all the performance and storage I need and meets my needs better, so I'm willing to pay more for it"? Wouldn't you think that person was a dumbass?

Between the two bikes in this comparison what does it really come down to? "My eye is used to seeing that syling and it's made by Harley Davidson"? Brand name and looks? Never mind the objective comparison?

You CAN"T convert the "faithful".
It can't be done.
Your trying to use logic in an illogical situation.
If it says harley on it they WILL buy it.
No logical argument will make any difference.

Isn't it enough that YOU like your bike ?
I like brunettes with big knockers.
