I can tell you. The electric bike will perform a bit better in the city until the battery runs out. Then the electric bike will sit for several hours charging while the gas powered bikes motor on. In that regard a Vino50 is better than an electric because you can ride it all day.

Pure electrics suck and will keep sucking until they can be recharged in a few minutes rather than a few hours.

Ah you're all pixilated. Why does 1972 Yamaha 250 Enduro weigh 275 lbs, wet, ready to go. Steel tank, mild steel frame, steel rims etc. No trick stuff on it. Lights, oil tank (steel), steel fenders?

These things are just overweight, period. Nice to see a bike fail like the old days though, that vibrating, black electrical short machine was nice, brought back memories of an old Triumph Tiger Cub I once owned.

This was a very entertaining and informative article. I'm happy to see my personal favorite, the TUX, won the day. I think I'll buy one for my son. Especially since he can't ride it legally for another 4 years. It will be my duty to keep the gas fresh and battery charged.

So the Korean bike beat the Ninja? That was a bit of a surprise, but then again, the Koreans are doing a great job in every market they go after. Their cars are clearly giving Japan Inc. a run for their money.

And no surprise at all: the Chinese are building junk. HAHAHAHA! Chinese "junk," get it? Seriously, the Koreans are decades ahead of them and they have a much better cultural perspective on industrialization. I wouldn't buy a lawn mower from the Chinese.

Is it just me, or does "Johnny Pag" morph into "Johnny Fag" every time you read it? Must be the meds.
