You might want to upgrade the brakes with a disc off any cheap Chinese mountain bike. Just have to make some mounts for that Schwinn springer front fork.

It is kind of dangerous with that coaster brake at anything over 30 mph.

The range and power would work for me to commute back and forth to the train on. But the price... The couple miles back and forth in my truck is always on choke, so it gets about 14 mpg out of a carbed 2.0L. $12k+ will buy many o years worth of gas.
