American Honda is right. They would be foolish to listen to internet blather and ignore the historical record of American's stupid buying habits. There are already more than enough naked models to fill the small demand. Honda needs to keep bringing in the most unsuitable street bikes like they've been doing since poser models are all that will sell.

Way better in the steering department or way better overall? You can't just drop a nugget like that without some details!

It's the "Teaser Trailer" to get you to come back and buy another Movie Ticket!

In my opinion Honda has screwed the pooch so many times they need a pound of liver to shim it up.

The VFR with bags and trunk is what they'll need to compete in the ST catagory, you know...the ones where bags and trunk are standard equipment......

The CB1100 and particularly the CB1100F are exactly what Honda needs to compete with the FZ1, Thruxton, V7 Moto Guzzi, Ducati GT, Suzuki Bandit, Speed 3 etc, etc,........of course, they won't import it instead sticking to HD wannabees and sport bikes that the aging motorcycle market demographic doesn't buy...(that would be the demographic with money, credit and a love for motorcycles Honda, you know.. the ones you ignore) ........

I really like the look of that CB1100 and the CB1100F. Although I would prefer the liquid-cooled version (for more power) and that tank doesn't seem to hold enough gas.

Way better in the steering/handling department. Of the five bikes discussed here, this will easily post the quickest laps on a track. Not that this is the intended environment for any of these bikes, but it's an important distinction. And if this is an important quality for someone in the market for these five, the VFR is the clear winner. A K1300S vs the VFR is the comparison to make.
