It seems that the Waverunner experience has been fully brought to the street, right down to the wide and comfy saddle.

I found waverunners to be fun to play on for a short time, but in the end kind of boring, while the old stand up Jet Skis are endlessly entertaining. This is curious, as the sit downs are much faster and more comfy to boot. The old Jet Skis are just more elemental and more fun.

One good thing about these Spyders, I imagine the car tires mounted to them last forever. Going 30,000 miles or more on a set of tires would be cool for high mileage touring riders.

Perhaps, in long haul touring mode, these make a lot of sense. Give me one for a year to "test" and I will get back to you
