Bet the 2011 NT has that HFT automatic tranny from the hybrid-scooter thingy. Nice looking little bike. Can't wait to read the test. I'd imagine that the thing is only good for 60hp or so. The price being $11K seems a little steep.

Yawn. Come on Honda. They are going to bring in that NT thing but not the new naked 1000 eh? I know neither would/will sell in the USA, but at least the new CBR is a cool bike.

About the NT700. Why in the hell is there only one 750 being produced in the entire world? As far as I know anyway, the Gsxr. The historic oddity which eliminated a natural displacement class is nothing short of a tragedy.

This thing should be a 750. So should the SV always have been. The 600 supersport class in it's own way is silly. A 600 supersport as a 750 with the exact same HP would be perfection. Kawis twin 650's should have been 750's.

I know. I'm crazy with this 750 fetish. Sorry.

There isn't just one 750. Kawi makes a Z750. Granted, they don't have it here in the U.S. anymore, but that's because it didn't sell. If it did, it'd still be around. Glad I got mine; it's a great replacement for my Ninja 250.

I love Honda motorcycles, but their pricing mostly makes no sense (CBR's being the exception, since their prices are in line with the other Japanese sportbikes). For 2010, Honda has the Shadow 750 in black, finally with fuel injection, but it's priced at $7,999. The Harley 883 Iron is listed at $7,899. That's $100 *less* than the Honda. And the NT700V is $9,999? While a V-Strom 650 is $7,499 and a V-Strom 1000 is $9,799. So .. a V-Strom 1000 is $200 *less* than a comparable Honda with a 680cc motor? Where's the logic in that? (That's a rhetorical question.)

The sales guy at the Honda shop didn't know anything about the NT. Looks underpowered but I'd still like to ask for a test ride. On the other hand the topic of 07 Interceptors came up. We'll see what happens on Tuesday.

Dam they resurrected the transalp and dusted off all those left over NT650's and bored them out? And hold the phones fuel injection,...oh my whats next?

More like NTV650s, MOKE - the NT was chain-driven; NTV was shafty and steel frame.

Also, when they added the EFI it got a 4V head vs. the 3V on NT and NTV/previous-gen Dullsville.
