RW: FJR, unless you need more than 120 hp, in which case a C14 with different tires would win. Or, if you want class-leading comfort for two and are okay with less than 120 hp, then the ST13.
Sorry to muddy the waters, but these are all great machines. Mix the subtle and not-so-subtle characteristics of the bikes with the differing personalities of riders, and declaring a clear winner for all becomes impossible. |

I can't help wondering why the hell grown up men have this pervert need to humiliate themselves by riding around with luggage like they rented the bloody bike from U-Haul.
And what do these pansies have in their silly boxes anyway, complete works of Shakespeare? Woollen pom-pom-hats? Ant farms from their younger days? Geez. As any fule knows, real men travel with no luggage. Max a flask of Estonian Saaremaa 80% vodka in the chest pocket (works amazingly well in many an awkward situation) and on your bike sunshine. - cruiz-euro |

Yep. And, any day now, we'll be able to buy 5 used EVOs for the price of one FJR!

Reality is slapping some sellers pretty hard I'm afraid. Anyone buying a motor vehicle as an investment is bonkers anyway unless you're talking about a Lambo Murchialago or a Buggatti Veyron. Anything else is a loosing proposition and just one more vasaline job for the sheep.

The Three C's: Cash, Cocaine, and Condoms. Don't leave home without 'em.
