Neat looking bikes, HD knows what people want. I dig that Fat Boy, err..Blob..Bob?

Dynas are damn nice bikes for the money, I use to embarrass many the sportboy on the way to Newcombs on a rental break-in Dyna Convertable(s). I miss that job.

I got duct taped to a Puch moped yesterday, rode around the block a few times. Thank god for pedals and hand brakes. Had my ex-street riding buddies catch me when I came to a stop, like rigging the barricade on the Indy. Messed up my sneakers when they ripped the duct tape off though, damn cheap Big 5 stuff...

Good thing the ol' lady didn't see me...might have gotten ugly.

Nice looking bikes, but Cruz Yurup is going to have a problem with that 64 horsepower thing. I'd go with the Glide. Better ride and looks cooler. It just needs some mid pegs. I dislike forwards.

I'll take the flamed up Wide Glide please, I've been a big fan of the FXDWG since the purply-burgandy Willie G FXDG model of '83. Best looking bike on the road I think. The new pies look cool but they should be a two into one weedburner style instead of a Vrod style.

Way to go, Cuddy! Maybe you can take a few laps on the KX450 next week! Bring gaffer tape - it doesn't leave the residue of duct tape!

So the Fat Blob's "Softail suspension being lowered 1.15 inches front and rear" has me wondering how much suspension the Softail has left out back. It only had what, 3" to begin with? Yike, avoid the potholes on that one.

Go Dyna! Best HD on the sales floor, best value, most versatile (bar hop, commute, cruise with removable bags and windscreen), and handling second only to the Sportster. The FXDLWD was never my favorite, but it's still miles ahead of any Softail. Now a Low Rider, there's a bike.

It's funny how $14K is starting to sound reasonable for a bike. Of course sounds reasonable and being possible to afford is slip sliding away for half the US population.

It is entirely possible that in 5 to 10 years the dollars value will be 25% or even 50% lower. That isn't a prediction, just a considered probability. At that point manufacturing bikes here will make sense. There is an opening here for someone to make a totally US new modern designed bike. Not a big opening but if I win the Mega Millions I'd be tempted to start putting designs on paper and sourcing engine manufacturing equipment. Harley won't do it. Maybe they can get the seat height down to 20".
