I think Harley avoiding their roadracing program is like them ignoring cancer thats started on their big toe. A little bit more history for you is Harley "was" involved in roadracing with a Factory machine dont you remember the VR1000? I think that was a Harley!

Well it looks like Buell is going to be involved in Road Racing. Harley doesn't sell sportbikes so why should they bother?

I do remember the VR1000. I saw it race at Laguna Seca. 9th and 10th place were usually reserved for it-behind the other factories and in front of the privateers.

Board track racing? You mean going around in circles? Like Flat track?

Right on. Even small local flattrack races are 1000% more exciting than the snoozefest that is AMA roadracing. Motards are way more fun too.

Flattracking is the way I used to train XR100 Honda in circles for hours. You guys need to get away from the computer and start truley riding, push the envelope once in a while, something? HELLO?

How can any real motorcyclist derive from this statment that I didnt know that most all american roadracers started in flat tracking. That is a commen know fact!!!
