I think Harley avoiding their roadracing program is like them ignoring cancer thats started on their big toe. Face the problem and come up with some real world solutions that would catapult them into the limelight. Willie why have you ignored it for so long. werent they one of the biggest in board track?

You'd think because they have so much racing heritage they would want to dominate all forms of 2wheeled racing. Guess they dont consider roadracing, real racing? And for your ignorant comment you get this,...Where do you think most of the American roadracers started from.

A little bit more history for you is Harley "was" involved in roadracing with a Factory machine dont you remember the VR1000? I think that was a Harley!
Well it looks like Buell is going to be involved in Road Racing. Harley doesn't sell sportbikes so why should they bother?

I do remember the VR1000. I saw it race at Laguna Seca. 9th and 10th place were usually reserved for it-behind the other factories and in front of the privateers.

Board track racing? You mean going around in circles? Like Flat track?

Right on. Even small local flattrack races are 1000% more exciting than the snoozefest that is AMA roadracing. Motards are way more fun too.

How can any real motorcyclist derive from this statment that I didnt know that most all american roadracers started in flat tracking. That is a commen know fact!!! I was old enough to watch the first Motard race in Carlsbad California, HELLO? I tell ya you guys are slow as hell. Everyone who responded by trying to educate me with flat tracking history is a true MORON.

You guys need to get off your high horse sometimes and go out into the daylight, theirs alot out their to experience. If you think you have experienced it all, your like a rider who doesnt think he needs to learn anymore but keeps riding? Ignorant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I'm not sure why you are ranting or going off like a complete idiot, but all that was stated was that they all came from flattrack. That is it really. Nobody knows what you meant. I didn't. Take a pill and go relax a while.
