I think it's pretty smart of them to leverage the R&D on the Vision into some new bikes. Appearances are always a matter of taste; the bikes aren't that weird. Now if they'd roll the CORE bike out for under $20k, they'd probably sell every one they made.

That, and the Vision is the ugliest motorcycle ever made. Period. I just read the Rider test of four V-Twin tourers. The Vision was next to last because one of the testers called the styling 'absurd'. I couldn't have said it better.

How many do they sell these bikes? I have never seen one in real life. I have only been living in South America and Europe during Victory's existence but still.

On the other hand, these engineers at Polaris seem to know what they are doing. The other day I read a snow mobile comparo and what do you know they won. May not sound too remarkable but hey, its the only comparo I have ever seen in a respectable European publication that an American vehicle wins.

They sold 50,000 so far if Rider is correct. That would be 5,000 a year for 10 years. No wonder you never saw one.
