Don't forget that Moke admitted that he gave exhaust certifications because his boss ordered him to. That makes our racer guy a felon.

Ahh yes, the tried and true Nuremberg Defense...how trite.

So you admit to giving out falsified State certifications but you did so only because "your boss told you"?....

You further disabled the federally mandated pollution control equipment on your own motorcycle of your own volition in an attempt to improve "lap times"?? You then rode said motorcycle on a public thorofare with the federally mandated pollution control equipment disabled fully aware that by doing so you would cause the release of excess pollutants into the atmosphere?

The prosecution rests, your Honor.....

Although it probably did make me faster, it would be more due to the quicker throttle response that the exhaust and pc w/remap gives you. The weight savings is going to give you less fatigue, when your constantly throwing the bike from side to side.
