Well the next time your in a Suzuki dealership you need to take a look at the GSXR1000 which is mostly why I changed the exhaust. It has two hugh dual exhaust canisters plus youve got the catalytic converter, all weighting in around 10-15lbs. you'll see that Iam very accurate.

So you're ok with pouring pollution into the atmosphere if your lap times improve.

Don't forget that Moke admitted that he gave exhaust certifications because his boss ordered him to. That makes our racer guy a felon.

Remember that those regulations only apply to other people.

Ahh yes, the tried and true Nuremberg Defense...how trite.

So you admit to giving out falsified State certifications but you did so only because "your boss told you"?....

You further disabled the federally mandated pollution control equipment on your own motorcycle of your own volition in an attempt to improve "lap times"?? You then rode said motorcycle on a public thorofare with the federally mandated pollution control equipment disabled fully aware that by doing so you would cause the release of excess pollutants into the atmosphere?

The prosecution rests, your Honor.....

Although it probably did make me faster, it would be more due to the quicker throttle response that the exhaust and pc w/remap gives you. The weight savings is going to give you less fatigue, when your constantly throwing the bike from side to side.
