a good friend of mine cracked his melon hitting a curb doing about 10 miles an hour, another on broke his neck and checked out popping low speed wheelies on a dirt bike......Low speed ain't no guarantee except you'll hit harder

So true. In Key West on Duval Street I watch a guy on a scooter get knocked down by a cager. Traffic was at walking speed or lower. He hit his head on the curb and was dead by the time the EMTs got to him, he literally split his skull.

How do you get a curb up to that kind of speed, anyway?

Well, I see that slow driving is not an excuse for ignorance. By the way I am having my first bike, hope to get some tips/help from you on how to personalize my bike. Thanks.
