Well, the ZX noses, though not hideous, aren't exactly the pinnacle of beauty...

Anyway, the ER is cool in its own way. I just hope Americans again don't ignore another worthy naked bike.

Mmmm! Full Suspension Ale - a totally motorcycle worth name. I'd like to have one of those (or two).

Open the Kawi site in one window and browse to the Versys, then put the MO window with the gallery shot of the ER-N161A1-M1-blue naked Ninja. They get a lot of mileage out of that platform. It reminds me of GM's chassis unit builds.

The Buellish growths up front that they stuck the turn signals on don't get any better looking in person. Ick. And I like centerstands, Oh yeah and linkage suspensions. Besides I just bought another Kawi a couple of weeks ago. Yes the Versys does look better. It will be interesting to see how long it remains at the dealership. I hope it works actually. It would be nice to see more standards.

Nice article, but NO mention of the Versys??? WTF? I've had a Versys for 14k now and like the heck out of it, so where does it fit with the ER? Plusses, minuses, comparo? WTF??

Journalism 101...what other resources are available to help describe and compare the model you are writing about.

WTF? Try the "Search" window at the top of the page. WTF? Type "Versys" and click on "Search." WTF? It will give you this link:

Triumph 2.3 Cruiser

WTF? and several dozen more sites, articles, reviews, ads, etc.

WTF? Internet Browsing 101. WTF? WTF? WTF??
