As far as the grammar and usage discussion goes, at this point, I would be pleased if at least people stopped writing and saying "based off" when they mean "based on." It's completely illogical. Drives me nuts. Where did that come from all of a sudden?

The Mana? Eh, I tend to agree with Seruzawa in that I'm not sure people who are afraid of manual gears are really motorcycle material. It's way better than the DN-01, though.

If you visit the NYC area, the "on line" vs. "in line" thing will drive you nuts.

Actually, it's worse, I live there.

I can actually see some logic in using "on line," as you are, in a sense, standing on an imaginary line, although "in line" certainly is the best way to put it.

Out here one of the favorites is "unthaw". It's funny when you think of what you would really have to do to unthaw something.

Then think of it as a scooter you straddle instead of step through.

Don't be ridiculous. If someone lacks the basic physical co-ordination to shift a motorcycle he doesn't belong on one. We're not talking pole vaulting or professional basketball skills here. We're talking being able to pull in a clutch, push on a shift lever and release the clurtch without kiling the engine. Can't do it? Ride the bus.

I'd apply the same standard to cagers. Can't clutch? No license! I'd add parallel parking also. Wouldn't that empty the roads, eh?

I think it has been stated by a few that when they put electric starters on motorcycles then anybody could ride one. With auto trans you just bring in a whole new cache of basically unskilled riders.
