Wow, what a bike. Wonder if Pro Italia will be offering any test rides? Last time they did, I got that Desmodici up to 140 on the Glendale Fwy in about 5 seconds. Blur...

Good stuff, Danger! Thanks for that mid-week pick-me-up! After reading your review, this now tops the list of bikes I'd like to buy.

Easily one of the coolest bikes out there. I doubt I would fit on the thing though. The Duc dealer is a stone's throw from my house, so I might just meander over there and take me a look. Maybe I can get a test ride on one.

That thing is gorgious! Love to throw a leg over it. Iv ridden the Motard a few times (customers) I'd get in trouble owning that thing.

Well, with the Knuck currently in a million pieces, I'd say I gotta walk.

Glad to see that someone who can actually write is traveling to foreign places to ride highly desirable motorcycles. Hopefully you are also pulling down a huge six figure salary plus expenses. If not do your best to keep the fantasy alive. Do great bikes make great writers? I also am probably to big for this bike to be comfortable on, but oh to be in my 20's again.

Where's the 848 model? I could see a $10k base / 13k s version of this bike selling very well.

Test riding new model motorcycles has got to be one of the best jobs out there! Duke is one lucky dude!
Love the bike, but that 33 inch seat height is not for me. If I were to buy a Duc today, it would be a toss up between a GT 1000 Touring, an 848, or a Monster 1100. And if I were going to want something comparable to the StreetFighter, I'd get a Tuono. |
