Dude, those "black pegs" are frame sliders. They're to protect the bike in case you crash it.

Thanks for the info! I'm new to having a "nice" bike.. lol. I am going to look at it Wednesday with cash in hand. If I fit it, I am buying it. :)

I had a buddy recommend an insurance agent that he uses for his bikes. $68/year for liability, and $140/year if I want to add un-insured and under insured motorists to it. So I am going with the latter of the two. I guess $11.66/month isn't bad, eh?

What he said. But, the Hiperform sliders are almost superfluous - as Hawks crash very well - typically throw new levers at it, mebbe straighten a brake or gearshift lever, yer good ta' go...............

Yes, sir. Camaro is gone as of last Saturday. Looking at the bike on Sat, bringing the cash with me to buy it if I like the fit :)

I'm guessing that anything above a 33" inseam will be a bit cramped. Neat bikes with a great "cult" following. I think the aftermarket can help with just about anything. The corbin is going to cut into a little of the seat to peg gap, so ask if you can give it a sit with the stock seat too.

Nobody recommended going to the gym and you can ride any bike all day. I guess I won't bring it up either.

I thought that was a given!

Then again - we can't ALL look like a young Michael Douglas. On Steroids.
