I have no idea about Yami numbers on the MT but Europe is a lot more conservative and not exactly the poster child for discretionary spending either. The point was that motorcycles in general need to retract and go to the slimmed downed versions if models, even companies, are to survive. The real business leaders will shine while subpar title holders posing as leaders will drive their empires into catastrophic failure. The government and the American people will not stand any longer to bail out everyone. Maybe the Fury has tried to make that leap compared to the current chopper market but the economy is worse off than that. Making any pseudo chopper just seem too excessive at any cost. Heck, is anyone going to feel good riding one past a line people who are just trying to apply for a government job, or even worst, a bread line? I'm also convinced the XR won't see its glory until the current overload of HDs in the existing market really begin to age and give owners problems. This trend is going to be gradual and take years as we move toward equilibrium in the market. It's not going to occur as a boom of sales and more dependant of if HD can endure with the model as it transcends into whatever it becomes for the Gen X'er appeal away from the also aging Baby-Boomers.

Cool, I wear baggy shorts most of the time. I'll wind up with a Survival model before long. I only wear pants on the bike
