Which bike do you consider to be the best 2 seater bike in the sportbike category, standard category, and cruiser category?

Sportbike : None. This is oxymoronic (and frankly irresponsible to take a passenger).
Standard: Bandit1250 Cruiser: Anything with a decent passenger seat. (none?) Discerning riders ride naked standards. The rest are for the riff raff.

If you're going to look for a good 2-seater bike, the category you need to be looking at is touring bikes.

GSavior- welcome and congradulations. In one fell swoop you have introduced yourself and entered the world of the Oxi-MOron. And you thought you were going to be the usual MOron.
Now- are there any such things as "best" two-up sportbikes? NO! Busa and Blackbird- maybe. Not likely though. Not for distance riding anyway. These guys will help you sort the rest. Best current standard- Bandit 1250 or BMWr1200r Best current cruiser- I'd start with the new Kawi Vulcan Voyager Tour bike or the Harley Fat Bob.

What's a "2-seater?" Does it have anything to do with "primitive" camping sites?

Oh for heavens sake How on earth would they make a stall big enough for two seats, why they'd need a light fixture and TP roll for each side...the extra carpeting alone would cost a fortune....
