So my yearly subscription is up and i brought up this window

I was looking at the life time membership, but the drop down menu only includes an $11.99, not the $15 yearly or the $40 life time, any idea why?

So where's the membership that eliminates all the crap/advertising and other stuff that slows this site down? Show me that one and I'm in. Otherwise, maybe not so much
