New Mexico Space Port
One of my customers is installing the security, access, and video systems at the New Mexico Space Port. AKA "Spaceport America," it's the world's first commercial spaceport, and Virgin Galactic is the first "carrier" signed up to use it.
Here's the website if you're interested: Spaceport America | Your Invitation to Space Buzz, they have tours if you want to take a weekend trip on the big Beemer some day. |
Might need a little more than a weekend but that would be cool!

New Mexico Space Port... You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.

About your sig line: 11,493 people died from gun homicides in the US last year according to the CDC. According to the CBS article on club and hammer murders, the total was under 500. Methinks your quote is mithleading. |

Got any statistics on mass-murders with hammers and clubs versus rifles? |

Would you like some statistics on the likelihood of dying in a mass shooting in a country of 300,000,000 people? How about the number of so-called "assault rifles" owned vs. the number used in homicides? And here's a really good one - how about the likelihood of a child being killed by a gun vs. being killed in a residential swimming pool? That's one of my favorites. Do you own a pool, Ken? Somewhere there must be a stat on the likelihood of utilizing cheap emotional rhetoric vs. reasoned factual argument on a left-right political scale. |

My bad for opening a political talk off the P&R forum. Let's leave this thread for the Spaceport.
