If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, honestly, I would NEVER have believed it. Not in a "First-World" country anyway.

I remember laughing at crap just like this as a kid when we'd read National Geographics and see the natives putting giant rings in their lips, sticks through their noses, etc.
