Friday lunch ride. Head in the sand?
Ahhh, it's Friday and a Santa Ana day. Today's lunch ride takes us to the San Diego Mountains. I made a pit stop at Descanso Junction.
[IMG]  [/IMG][IMG]  [/IMG]The forecast for the mountains was windy and they were right! It was gusting up to 50 mph and the temp dropped into the mid 50s. The BMW was rock solid of course. No time for pics; head down the hill! I stopped here and found some Obama 2012 supporters. [IMG]  [/IMG][IMG]  [/IMG][IMG]  [/IMG]The temp was in the 80s at this point and I figured it was time to cool off. [IMG]  [/IMG][IMG]  [/IMG][IMG]  [/IMG]I figured it was important to bring home a nice bottle for her. [IMG]  [/IMG]Today's roundtrip was about 150 miles. Enjoy your weekend MoFos!

A got a Whopper today for lunch. When she asked if I wanted cheese on it, I said, "What the hell, you only live once. I will have that piece of cheese."

Hey me too! I had some extra sharp Tillamook chedder on toasted garlic clove bread with some organic tomato bisque, (a Chataue Etienne speciality) followed by a few vicodins washed down with a nice cup of Typhoo tea, a healthy and nutricious lunch if ever there was one..
